⬇️ BUILD UPDATE ⬇️ Just a little update on what’s going on in the interior of this thing. No, it is not perfect but this is how it’ll stay for this season atleast. As you may have noticed the floor has been sprayed black. Not by me, but the previous owner. Shortly after I purchased the car last year I noticed that underneath the carpet in the trunk, the floor was black and the sound deadening had been removed. So it was definitely tracked in a previous ownership but had been put completely back to stock. Fast forward to this winter when I decided to gut the interior from the B pillars back, I took up the carpet and noticed the rest of the floor had been sprayed and the sound deadening had been removed aswell. Less work for me I guess 😅🤷🏼♂️ Shoutout my baby @fa5vic for spraying a few of the interior pieces black for me to match the rest of the black interior, they came out perfect 👌🏼🫶🏼 Another part I’ve always wanted was the @steeringsolutions cruise control bracket. Ever since I put on my quick release, I lost all access to my afr readings, and my ability to change my launch control/2step settings. So this bracket will definitely make life a lot easier knowing I can use cruise control and have control over all of those things aswell. 今回のメインのエアコンタックについてです。 コンデンサーはサイズを色々探してラジエターと同じくらいのサイズを探しました。アメリカから取り寄せましたが、ヨーロッパを経由して届いたので時間がかかりました。 苦労したのはコンデンサーの位置出しで、なんせラジエターはすでにバンパーの中に入れてあったのでスペースがありませんでした。 純正のグリルを形が保てるギリギリまで削ってスペースを作りなんとか押し込めることができました。 スピードファクトリーのロゴが見えなくなるのが残念でしたがしかたないですよね… 高圧側の配管は8mmの銅パイプをAN6に変換して純正と接続できるようにして配管しました。 漏れはなかったので問題なかったです。 あとはエンジンルームを塗り直しました。 相変わらずエンジンは下ろせないので外せる部品は外してマスキングをして塗りました。 素人塗装なのでほんとそれなりでしたが、ぱっと見は綺麗になりました。 やっぱり下ろして埋める穴は埋めてコーキングも打ち直して綺麗にやりたいなと思いました。 今年は赤で行くつもりでしたが、気が変わりそうです笑 やるなら家でエンジン下ろしてしまいますかね エンジンクレーン買わないとですね笑 #ej7civic #gen6civic #ej7 #ej8 #em1 #ek9 #civic #civiccoupe #honda #eg6 #ushonda #vtec #b16b #nrg #spoon #mugen #aem #usdm #北米野郎 #HYBRIDRACEING #desmond #desmondwheels #RegaMaster #AEM #chasebays #SPEEDFACTORY #enginebay #hasport #wiretuck #vtec_society

鋳肌ってほんとに磨いたら光るのか？ そんな疑問を持ちつつやってみる事にしました。 やってる人がいるのは知ってはいたのですが、年式も年式で中巣が多かったらどうしようと思っていました。 ただ、素人が一から磨いてもダメだと思い、今回の部品に関しては有限会社三貴様にて荒削りまでお願いしました。 仕上がりは申し分なく、荒削りといいつつかなり追い込んでくれたこともありそこからの仕上げ研磨は楽でした。 お陰でピカピカにすることができて大変満足です。 サージタンクも磨いてみようかと思っていたのですが、自分のエンジンルームには悪目立ちしそうと思い、skunk2のサージタンクを取り付けました。リフレッシュも兼ねてと思っていたのでいろいろ正解かなと思います。 吸気が良くなったのか、レスポンスも上がり、4スロまではいきませんが吸気音がとても良くなりました。 より一層4スロもしくはキャブにしたいなと思ってしまいましたが、これはまた次のステップに取っておこうかと思います。 マスターバックは艶消しではなく艶ありに塗って質感を変えてみました。個人的には艶ありが好みですかね。 あとはエキマニをまた磨いてみましたが、そろそろ新品に買えてもいかなーと思いました。 シャコタンやるならマキシムが良いと聞いたのでちょっと考えています。 無限エキマニもいいのですが、4-1なので太くなってしまうんですよね…あとまぁまぁ高い。4-2-1もあるらしいのですがレアすぎて全然見かけないです。 #ej7civic #gen6civic #ej7 #ej8 #em1 #ek9 #civic #civiccoupe #honda #eg6 #ushonda #vtec #b16b #nrg #spoon #mugen #aem #usdm #北米野郎 #HYBRIDRACEING #desmond #desmondwheels #RegaMaster #AEM #chasebays #SPEEDFACTORY #enginebay #hasport #wiretuck #vtec_society

⬇️ BUILD UPDATE ⬇️ First of all, I just want to give a huge shoutout to @txistann_ for doing all the body work on the front end, installing the @fthr.solutions brackets and fixing the rear bumper to get it ready for the paint shop. Starting off with the FEEL’s fenders, with them being made of fibreglass there are a lot of little adjustments to be made when fitting them to the car. From trimming, to boring out bolt holes to make room for more adjustment. With that being said I dropped the car off to @txistann_ and @turbotony.paintworkz over at their bodyshop and they got to work getting the front end fitment dialed. Can’t thank you guys enough for putting in the work and helping out. 🙏🏼 The fenders needed a tiny bit of shaving near the door/rocker to eliminate the door catching on the fender when opening and closing. Other than that, minor boring of bolt holes just to make more adjustment to get the fenders to sit where we wanted them. Continuing on, got the @fthr.solutions FD Conversion Center Bumper Brackets and Stealth Brackets installed and boy does it make life easy taking the bumper on and off. Last but not least, shoutout @txistann_ once again for getting my Type R rear bumper fixed up. Decided I’d cut a piece off of another bumper I had laying around and get him to plastic weld it to the Type R bumper to bring it back to life. Only a matter of weeks until she is on the roads now and my excitement is through the roof!
