Another masterpiece added to the collection. I was hesitant in purchasing this because of the pineapple note, being I’m not a big fan of Aventus. And a few other frags I have smell like Aventus, don’t need another one. So, I went ahead and bought it. And wow this is very good fruity, citrusy and creamy. It doesn’t resemble Aventus at all!!! I’ve been on a hunt for a good strawberry scent that doesn’t smell synthetic. I decided to try this decant since I loved the God of Fire so much. At first sniff it seems like a novelty scent. Somewhat like a car air freshener. Not what I was looking for. However, it does remind me of the scent of the old Strawberry Shortcake dolls from the 80’s my little sister used to play with, which was comforting to me being she was murdered in 2015. And it felt like she was with me for a moment. So a company called @fakefragrances reached out to me and asked if they sent me a free bottle of my choice, could I give them my thoughts. So I said yes. They’re a company that sells clone fragrances. I received their version of LV L’immensite. I have two other dups of this fragrance along with a decant of the original. This version is very nice, it seems to have a bit more ginger off the top which I love and then has a vey elegant and sophisticated dry down. Picked up a Mancera clone. I couldn’t find a lot about it. I’m assuming it’s a dup of Red Tobacco (which is great) this fragrance was much sweeter than RT and the tobacco seemed to be quite faint.
