Kegels (what many of us know as ‘pelvic floor exercises’) are one of the building blocks. To really get results you need to be strengthening and toning your whole body, including your glutes, adductors & abdominal muscles! You also need to focus on relaxing and releasing tension- this could be in your feet, neck, jaw, piriformis (muscle in your bum!). Posture & breathing is also so important.
