Quack Quack!! Its great weather for ducks!! Its wonderful that we have so much rain to make our gardens grow, fill our rivers and our tanks, but it has meant that we have had to enact our wet weather plan. We've had so much rain, and there is more to come! The forecast for this Saturday 4th December is Rain.. particularly in the evening plus storms! BUT, how lucky are we that the The Slim Dusty Centre is big enough to house our market! We can all enjoy our market fix and stay high and dry! All the stallholders will be set up through the facility, we will still have food trucks, coffee and live music! We have even converted the Mates room into a giant indoor fun zone for the kiddies! Macleay valley castles will have jumping castles, giant obstacles, ponies, fairy floss and popcorn... and on the cinema screen we will show a Christmas movie to get everyone in the festive spirit! There will be FREE face painting for the kiddies, and Santa and his Elves will also make an appearance, and the Macleay Valley Pipes and Drums will play as is tradition :) We cant wait!!! Not only all of this, but in the Nulla Gallery there will be a fabulous free art exhibition by the Macleay Vocational College - you wont want to miss this! PLUS the Slim Dusty Exhibition will be open to all attendees FREE of charge! The gift shop and Dusty's Dinner camp will be open too. We've got Christmas covered!
