I don't really have words for the peace this photo brings me. I want so much to share this story with everyone involved. I've had to release a lot of pain and turmoil from my body, mind and soul as well as from my past. One way creates more fear through denial, suppression and, eventually, repression (goes completely out of our awareness) that can really go sideways at the exact times in our lives when it is least convenient. There is also a way of feeding our fears that liberates our fears, opens our hearts and lands us more steadily in a field where we feel fearless because we know how to find our way back to love, to ourselves. Fear is not in opposition to love. Fear is built into our DNA for survival. Our deepest, most primal fear is that of death. We have built societies where our most immediate survival needs are generally met, this fear of death gets channeled creatively into a fear of rejection, getting hurt, purposelessness, failure, not making enough money, not being enough and so on. We are taught that fear is bad, it is not spiritual or useful for getting ahead in life. Therefore, we must conquer our fear, become superhuman or super spiritual, which may feel like we are doing something but, in a strange way, keeps us trapped in a loop of fear because we are constantly, subconsciously, keeping fear at bay. Weโve become afraid of fear and itโs driving the machine...the โpatriarchyโ isnโt just white men in power. There are often times, I ask myself..."Why me?" Why without them? I hadn't really grasped the concepts of a ressurection and upon my delivery, I began to mourn my family in a way I hadn't before. I believe the true essence of who were together as separately kept us close and always as we crossed over...hand in hand. We stayed at each other's side in the Universal Heavens. Any moment in alignment or divine assignment...I would work, head out to flow through the hearts of all we could ever reach and they were there. Sitting and relfecting I can hear Anthony's smile or feel Keith's loving embrace. Doug and Gina are always close by still grinning at me. Sometimes I like to think they handle the set businesses as we all are ascending and doing Christ's work. Our new lives in that manner, haven't really changed. I miss vibrating with them how I'm used to. VENUS IS EVERYTHING. Scott Gallin is still that dude. Chris haha! Well Chris still just be chilling. I have to say, he's always been a joy to be around. Peace of mind comes from calling your heart home. It will come when we stop enslaving the heart to the mind. The mind constantly repeats what the heart has not released. Grief is the balm of liberation. When we talk about how it is essential that we die in order to be reborn, what that means is that we must open to our bodies and surrender to the process of grief. Grief is love. The body is trying to teach you about love, if only your mind will learn how to listen. The mind is scared of what truths may unfurl in the body because we are taught to fear change. Change is only scary when we are afraid of grief. Grief is what changes us, melts us and reforms us. The body needs change, it freezes and calcifies when it is stagnant and stuck with emotions and memories. It is the mind that has formed a personality around defending itself from the truth living inside the pain. When we are alive but stagnant in the fear of being in our body, are we really living?
