I’m a very anxious person. So I take refuge in my food to feel better. Food for me is a real gift, a real reward, especially in the evening 🙈 In the evening it’s always a disaster with me, I treat myself, I stuff myself « with lots of good things ». So happy to be able to share a good moment with my partner, the evenings always become very festive with me. I can’t eat like this anymore. It’s good at the time, but afterwards the regrets take in. So I got in touch with a wonderful nutritionist @eleonorederichecour 🤍✨ She immediately put me at ease, she’s very kind and I sincerely believe in change. And having eating disorders since my youth. I need to relearn how to eat properly, knowing how to build food plannings with good things and above all eat intelligently and strategically 🤗 Yes yes strategically so that my body can properly understand what i’m doing and preparing for🥹🤍 I want to move forward together, me and my body, and for us to become stronger. Hello my sweet friends, Today its my birthday 🥳🤍 How are you doing? I had a very full weekend :) I visited my family in Normandy 🤍 I got to see my lovely nature too. We walked around Rouen, we went shopping 🙈 We cracked on new sheet of @lacoste they are very chouette but level material the best that I could try was from @kenzo (Egyptian cotton) Anyway 🤪🙈 Then we ate delicious fine pastries, I cracked on a cheesecake with basil leaves, very interesting it gives so a little fresh taste 🤗 We played board games as a family. Our first night of our Disney trip began with an incredible dinner at Cítricos, a stroll to the Grand Floridian dock (where we snapped these pictures,) a gorgeous boat ride to the Magic Kingdom, a stroll down Main Street then, finally, firework viewing from the marina area back at the Grand. It was the perfect evening to kick off our magical trip. I could not wait to wear this adorable shirt dress from @w00dw00d (if you look closely it’s a print of Minnie dancing,) and my Cottagecore Minnie DIY bag. I’d happily re-live this beautiful night with my family. 🫶🏼
