• @jrn.ywme is the reason how I was able to compete Saturday. • Background - I had a great massage therapist in Omaha, but he doesn’t do it anymore. I reached out to @americanirongym / Tamara seeing if they knew anyone that would be willing to work on a cinder block like me. I was referred to Julia who works onsite. I warned her that I’m dense AF 😅 She’s a fellow powerlifter. She understands. She believed me …… but maybe tiny bit of doubt I couldn’t take full pressure, but once she touched me. Ooooohhhh boy we going in deep🤣🤣🤣 • She’s a Miracle Worker. She made me a new person and able to move again. Every hour that passed I felt the response to the massage. The next day ooohhh I felt it even more. I knew every “owww this feels good pain” was worth it. I also earned the toughest person she has ever worked on title. 🤣 • If you’re in Reno - this is who you want to work on your body! I would move to Reno just for her miracle magic work. Plus you can go to the posing room at the gym afterwards and have fun flexing 💪 • Thank you so much Julia.
