Today's lesson: It's the thought that counts. It's grandpa's birthday today and Ariel has been planning to give grandpa a surprise. She made the decision to use her savings to buy grandpa a birthday cake and a gift, so I helped her to count her savings. She had a total of $17 and she asked if she could buy a big birthday cake 🥺 I had to tell her, it doesn't matter if the cake was big or small, expensive or not, what matters most is her thought and her heart. So yes, she bought a cake that she could pay for and she even had some money left to buy grandpa a pen. I could see that she was happy with her gift to grandpa when he smiled ever so sweetly to her. Curious about how a curly girl maintains her hair? 3 things needed: 1️⃣ hair brush 2️⃣ hair oil (we use Ginvera Olive Oil - Green Tea) 3️⃣ lots of patience We can only style her hair while its still wet, a spray bottle filled with water could be your bestfriend in this journey. Steps: 1. Put a puddle of oil on your hands and finger comb through the hair. 2. Section the hair and brush out tangles. 3. Split sectioned hair into two and twist them from the top to the bottom. If hair is as curly as Ariel's, you won't need a rubberband to hold the twists together. 4. Once completed, you can leave the hair or ties them up together.
