the journey HOME - day #8 So, I may have gotten a bit behind with my "days", but I just had to take some time after my "day #7" post to bask for a moment. As I mentioned earlier, I was a bit nervous to release the new single "Nella Fantasia" last week. It's a classical crossover piece which featured my voice in a different way. So I threw it out there on Friday and held my breath! Friday morning I awoke to see some strange stuff on the streaming statistics. The song was most popular in ITALY and many countries around the world. Different types of listeners were connecting with the powerful melody and words. People were resonating with the message. I was so stunned I just had to sit back and watch. And praise God. His glory can be seen and heard all around us if we have hearts that notice Him. Be noticed and glorified, Lord! But as I sit here pondering, I can't help but also be thankful for the amazing team the Lord has blessed me with to help create this beautiful music. There are so many who deserve credit, but today's shout out goes to "the band" - those mighty warriors who try hard to please my picky ears and make me laugh while they do it.
