REMINDER TO GET YOUR BUS PASSES BEFORE SUMMER STARTS! You will not be able to get one once school is out, so please make sure to come in before the school year ends. As a secondary reminder, it would be helpful to upload the card to the Umo app, or at the very least take a picture of the back of the card just in case you lose it so you can still ride the bus! Free LTD Transit Pass! All students in 4J schools can get a student pass to ride Lane Transit District (LTD) buses for free. Student transit passes can be used to travel anywhere within the LTD service area. Student passes can be used at any time—after school, on weekends and during school breaks, as well as to get to and from school each day. To get a free LTD student transit pass, available as a tap card or Umo smartphone app, guardians/parents can make the request for elementary students; middle and high school students can request their own passes at the front office or at high school registration events. I would recommend Dark Matter to people interested in science fiction media with suspenseful pacing. Why are you recommending this book? Like many other books of the genre, Dark Matter explores a conflict as a result of future scientific advancements. However, what separates the novel from other sci-fi books is the entity through which the primary problem is conveyed: Jason, the central protagonist, is ultimately up against himself from another parallel universe.
