A 5'11" left-shot defenseman from Moorhead, Minnesota, Joe Schiller comes to the Wildcats from the Cedar Rapids Roughriders of the USHL. Playing in 41 games for the Roughriders this season, Schiller recorded one goal and four assists, including an overtime game-winning goal in a multi-point evening on 2/9/24 against the then-top team in the league, the Dubuque Fighting Saints. Including this season, the blueliner has played 98 games with the Roughriders, including five playoff games, registering 13 points. Before the USHL, Schiller played high school in Minnesota, where he scored three goals and 21 assists for 24 points in 50 games, including scoring a goal in three playoff appearances.
