PSA , because I'm so over the this "skinny" word. It actually irks me to hear "oh you've gotten so skinny, what's your secret?". When in actuality, I haven't LOST anymore weight in MONTHS, I've simply made gains. I've turned fat into muscle . I weigh the same now as I did 4 months ago. There is no secret , no magic , and NO amount of supplements that can create what I am working on .. Its hard work, sweat , dedication. They can think all they want , and say oh she uses "diet pills", or "she must not eat" , but will they surely be disappointed when that doesn't work for them.
