— 10km Race Completed ☑️ - Mood: relief Sunday came with rain but dispersed right on time - before me and my running mate @claudiadefaz hit the road and finished our first 10km race for the year and first since my injury in October 2023 - Not gonna lie - a part of me was finding an excuse to just stop…but giving up isn’t in my DNA. I had @aka_fletch Flexing his muscles to help me and so he did by giving me pet talk which honestly was so helpful 💙 3rd - unfortunately I've had difficulty with my breathing doing speed session which love doing had to come to and end , I've had to make adjustments @viewtube.runners are amazing bunch of people and I love them all for support @keithmountford2021 what a guy you are! 6th Pacing with my Crew - battersea 10km all three of us pacing which was a dream being at the same line up at @thechallengerinme And @cbees_life7 the party pacers 💃🏽🔥 - I was pacer for 75min even that I was finding it challenging.
