Here’s some old band posters for @the_majishans After we launched our first show, Nashville, at the 2022 @newcastlefringe, The Majishans toured it around various gigs, arts and writers festivals. Nashville told the story of an almost famous Australian band whose plane crashes in the desert en route to Nashville. After Nashville, I wrote another show - Voyage - which continued the band’s (entirely fictitious) story. Voyage was loosely inspired by the myth of Persephone and various other mythological beasts like dear ol’ Cerebrus.
