It's Harvest Time! We have 2023 Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier from Still Waters Vineyards onsite. Steve and Kristen are working diligently to crush, press, and rack in preparation for the next round of grapes coming in a couple of weeks. Our 2023 harvest is almost exclusively from Still Waters Vineyards in Paso Robles with a Petite Sirah from the Arroyo Grande Valley, unless Steve find something else that sparks his interest. You never know what he's going to come up with... All of our whites this year will also become grappa so look for additions to that line-up. Our first new 2023 release will delight your senses with black cherry, chocolate and licorice. Eighteen months in 37.5% new American Oak created a light-bodied, medium-tannic-structured wine with a slight dry finish. This wine will be your new go-to for an everyday wine with food. Try with T-bone steak, pommes frites, chicken parmesan, roasted poultry, or Bolognese and you’ll fall in love.
