My pirates recently got new clothes! I am so happy with how these turned out and it was much needed. I’m feeling so inspired again with these two especially. I’ll be honest, I was having a hard time the last month or so with this hobby. I was feeling very defeated in certain areas and was getting so down on myself for the silliest things. I was playing the comparison game a lot which is never healthy. But I was talking to hubby and (bless him for sure!) he reminded me of why I got into the hobby in the first place. It wasn’t to make clothes or do faceups professionally. It wasn’t to take bomb pictures or have the most aesthetically pleasing dolls. It was to have a creative outlet to go with my story telling. A way to visualize and inspire my characters and their world. Since then I’ve realized that I lost sight of why this hobby means so much to me. I think I enjoy bjds differently than a lot of people and that’s ok. Im so happy to be back to writing and story telling. I have so many ideas, pieces of Hollis’ story is coming together and I have some ideas up my sleeve on how to tell Riddhi and owens story.
