Probably the most maximalist spread thus far, and during my birthday week no less, but I wanted to expunge these existentialist, catatonic thoughts, and for once, my spread depicts exactly what my maddening musings and views about what growing older feels and looks like, and thankfully, Anais Nïn was able to put it to words when she said: “Year after year, I record in my Diary my adventures in the world of men and women and my longings for the other things. I am growing older, perhaps more civilized, less timid, prettier (who knows), but my heart is true to the dreams of my girlhood.” And while it is easy to fall into the jaded pit of adulthood, I am brazenly shunning what the world expect me to be.

Personnellement je n'ai pas de moment ou de date où il est convenu d'offrir une carte, tout moment peut être une opportunité de témoigner de son soutien, de sa présence, de son amour, de son amitié. Depuis petite j'aime écrire, dessiner et envoyer des cartes; j'en ai toujours envoyé. Et je crois que c'est devenu mon métier de manière assez naturelle finalement. J'ai trouvé je crois mon ikigaï en alliant mon amour pour le papier, le voytage des mots (cartes) et les pensées qui m'animent au fond de moi. . Chérir ces papiers imparfaits, se découvrir chaque jour à travers eux, en apprendre sur soi, sur sa résilience propre, apprendre à lâcher prise. Mes papiers me ressemblent, ils sont à l'image de mes pensées, aussi imparfaits soient-ils mais partagés, pensés et créés avec le coeur et l'envie de voir dans la vie toujours le bon côté des choses, du moins essayer. J'apprends chaque jour à m'améliorer, je teste, dans ma grotte atelier des choses, je rate, je recommence, je suis surprise, souvent, je m'éclate surtout et je prends beaucoup de plaisir à me lever avant le soleil le matin pour entamer la journée qui arrive. Je vis sans montre, sans heure ( sauf quand j'ai des obligations bien sûr ), dans ma campagne où je me sens à ma place, entourée de nature, de calme surtout. J'ai appris à écouter mon corps et connais mes limites. C'est important pour aligner son corps et son esprit. Il faut faire avec ce que la nature nous a donné, je suis fragile, hypensensible et très émotionnelle. March came not ides but with tests, mundaneity, and the usual struggle to keep everything written down for posterity. There are still much to be grateful for, much more things to write no matter how minute to some it may seem. 🌱 A crucial development: Specs, has become much more affectionate, even our adopted stray who my nanny named, Digong 🙄 has succumbed to my love bombing.
