Hearty Hot Dish~recipe by Simeks. RECIPE COMMENTS: I got this recipe over 20 years ago when I stopped into my local Simeks store. They were sampling this recipe using their frozen ground beef. I took a recipe card (see photo) and have been making it ever since. Although it seems like a very basic hot dish , it is VERY tasty! The one tip I would give is to stick to the exact measurements stated in the recipe! Whenever I use the whole can of tomato soup or do anything else differently, its just not as good. You might think it wouldn’t matter but I’ve made this enough times to tell you, it matters. Its not pretty in this photo as I went a little long on cooking time. But still delish.
