Perunaa ja sipulia suikaleina voideltuun uunivuokaan, niiden päälle tonnikalaa ja mausteita oman maun mukaan, ruokakermaa (itse käytän aina laktoositonta vatsani takia) ja pinnalle runsaasti juustoraastetta. Set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the quartered baby potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy, about 15-20 minutes. Transfer the potatoes to a plate and set aside. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter. Loosely inspired by Nigella Lawson's potato and asparagus salad which I've seen pop up here several times recently. Except it's not asparagus season in New Zealand, and it's not a real potato salad without eggs. Then, cos I had some smoked fish, that went in too, making it a complete meal.
