Nurburgring April 2024 Preparation A bit late but never actually posted about all the work done to the car in prep for the return to the Nurburgring. Cobra Imola 2 bucket seats fitted and rear seats removed, took a couple attempts at making plates to suit but managed. Will be restitching and padding these as they're rather worn and sagged. Fresh EBC USR discs YellowStuff Pads. Have finally replaced the rear beam as was seriously bent before on driver side, now sits nice and straight and fitted polybushes whilst I was at it. FINALLY got around to sorting the subframe bushes out. This was a BIG job and really pushed me to my limits, but the poly bushes make driving this thing miles better now with basically zero additional NVH. The power is better to the ground now, with less slip, fast gear changes under boost and driveability and compliance are the biggest improvements I've noticed. DEFINITELY recommend. Alex was in last month for an audio upgrade. This time it's AIR RIDE BABY! this stunner has had the works, Full @powerflexbushes Fully adjustable for camber and toe. @hrspezialfedern Anti Roll Bars complete with a full @solowsuspension Air package with height sensors, twin compressors and a take off for an air line so Alex can pump up his bike tyres and blow a wet and muddy bike down with ease. We didn't stop there though. @nutexafrictions_ltd got the call from us for a set of pads all round. This will greatly increase braking performance and reduce brake dust. To finish things off, we supplied Alex new set of @supermetal.wheels 20" Cell wheels in Gloss black. We've then ceramic coated the wheels and brakes to keep things looking fresh for longer. Done some well needed repairs on the weekend heated to swap out the hub assembly on both sides but it turns out the ones that I ordered after getting told they were the right ones were completely wrong but you you some you loose some 🤷🏽♂️, so that job turned into anti roll bar bushes and drop links and lower arms that I’ve been putting off for some time 😅 but they are done now and the car feels great 💪🏽. #peugeotrcz #peugeotsport #rcz #powerflexbushes #powerflex
