Pro Tips - for beginners 🤗❤️ ❤️ START WITH OUR FOUNDATIONS CLASS Foundations is great intro class that helps you learn the lingo and flow of Pure Barre. ❤️ ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY Get to the studio early to fill out required forms and to meet your teacher, who will give you a tour of the studio and equipment used in class. ❤️DRESS FOR SUCCESS Leggings are recommended and sticky socks are required. These keep your muscles warm and your feet in a stable position for class! ❤️ TINY MOVEMENTS = BIG CHANGES The movements in Pure Barre are much smaller than other fitness classes. Take your mind to the muscle - an inch really is just an inch! ❤️ HAVE FUN! Give yourself grace and have some fun. It can be intimidating trying something new.
