New To Pure Barre!? Here is what to expect!💪 If you're new to Pure Barre, watch this video to learn more as you prepare for your first Pure Barre class. Pure Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout that transforms you physically and mentally. Our musically-driven group classes focus on low-impact, small movements that strengthen and tone your entire body in 50 minutes or less. Anyone is capable of taking Pure Barre. No matter your age or fitness level. And no dance experience is required. Arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before class begins so we can check you in. Wear something you can move comfortably in.
