It has come to my attention that I have completely failed to update you on the fabulous work my husband does around this place. And then just of course as we get comfortable and thinking that we can start enjoying life sitting on the deck drinking pina coladas and Martin painting beautiful landscapes…. We’ve managed to kill seven rats that I know of we excluded the deck again because we didn’t do the flashing before because we didn’t think they was getting in there but Dash knew he was there and then Dash got in the wood pile and found 2 more that got away. As a lot of you know, I had a really bad knee injury this past October that sidelined me from training for quite a while. I was doing some really easy jogging anywhere from 9 minutes to 11 minute pace per mile to keep my consecutive days of running streak alive. Towards the end of January I started getting work done by my team here at PhysioShop and made the challenge to myself on my podcast that I would race this year. I said that I would do everything that I could to get my knee healthy again and actually race. As a lot of you know, I went out and did that this past weekend. It wasn't anywhere near my lifetime personal best or anything, but I went out and did what I said I was going to do and it wouldn't have been possible without Ben Wakefield and my incredible team here at PhysioShop. If you are local and need some help, there's no better team in my opinion.
