I have developed recipes for a salmon fleet out of Alaska, and also get fish from a local fisherman.

(Spanish, Latin-inspired. $$$.⭐️⭐️⭐️) To start the meal, the restaurant has their own house Vermouth which I actually really liked and thought was an interesting and unique drink . They also have a lot of sherry based cocktails so I had The Adonis which I really enjoyed. It has a pleasing fruity, slightly herbal taste. I don’t think I’ve ever had a cocktail like it before but I definitely would order it again. As for food, we ordered the Mushroom St-Jacques which is a creamy, cheesy mix with breadcrumbs. It was a bit gooey for me but I appreciated the breadcrumbs which added texture. It was ok. I might try something else next time. In addition, we had the Patatas Bravas which I usually like but these are not your typical Spanish style. Whereas I prefer mine slightly crispy and with an aioli, these were steamed and had a strong lemon zest flavoring. I probably would not order again. Finally, we had the Fried Chicken & Caviar. This was the highlight of the meal. I am not a fan of caviar but I did like a touch of the crème fraiche dressing. For those wondering, the chicken was all white meat and no skin. To pair with the chicken, we enjoyed a 1/2 glass of Gran Reserva Cava which was lovely. Overall, I thought the restaurant was just ok. However, I would 100% return to have that fried chicken and The Adonis cocktail at the bar. Yum. (French. $$$. ⭐️⭐️⭐️) I had not been here in about 10 years so decided to give it another try during Restaurant Week. I started with a Kir Royale cocktail which I usually like to have at a French restaurant. They are always nice and light, with a pleasant currant flavor. For my appetizer, I had the baked brie, complemented with pistachios and cranberries. It was ok. I’m not sure I would order it again but I always like to try something different. For my main, I had the Duroc Pork Chop which was quite good. It was perfectly cooked and topped with a delicious red pepper and tasso ham basquaise. I usually do not like mashed potatoes and I have no idea what they did to these but I loved them. They were light and fluffy, not thick at all. They were probably the best mashed potatoes I have ever had. For dessert, I had the Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée which was incredible. Overall, I am not sure my opinion of this restaurant. It’s probably just as it was 10 years ago.
