Dr. Bódi is the author of Videogames and Agency (Routledge, 2023), which students in Dr. Maughan's course have been reading and discussing this semester. Students had a range of questions for Dr. Bódi that ranged from finding inspiration to write a book to the socio-political implications of 'cozy' games like Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing. Wir möchten uns bei allen bedanken, die uns die letzten beiden Tage auf der Zukunft Personal Messe in Hamburg besucht haben! Bedrijfsbezoek Serious Games 🎮 Zoek het uit! ging op bezoek bij 8D Games, een bedrijf wat games maakt voor allerlei verschillende toepassingen. Ze lieten wat gemaakte computerspellen en bordspellen zien. In de presentatie werden de bedrijfswaarden van 8D Games gekoppeld aan wat de jongeren daarmee kunnen voor hun eigen doelen en ontwikkeling. ‘Je ontdekt vooral door te doen.
