En opplevelses rik fredag og lørdag❤️ Jeg er så takknemlig og glad ❤️ Startet fredag ettermiddag med en fantastisk deilig middag på takterrasse i Oslo sammen med Nora, samboeren til min yngste sønn, hennes venninne og Daniel, min eldste sønn, før konsert med bandet som min yngste sønn spiller med i kjelleren på Sommerro. I dag gikk turen videre til Ålesund hvor jeg ikke har vært siden jeg var på jobb her med Bohus Skien på møbelmesse. Visste du at søndags blues faktisk er et psykologisk uttrykk. Å ha noe å glede seg til, og lage lazy lister kan være en av motgiftene. Før gruet jeg meg alltid til søndager. Men så begynte å si til meg selv « jeg har fortsatt halve helgen igjen», og «jeg skal gjøre søndagen ekstra koselig». Med øvelse nyter jeg nå de aller fleste søndagene mine. Kanskje søndager kan være dagen du bestiller noe du har ønsket deg en stund ? Stort eller lite det spiller ikke så stor rolle. Det viktigste er å flytte fokus, og å ha det gøy i prosessen.
