The pull truck lost its legs so shorty could walk again. Idk how I’m feeling the look cause I’ve never been a fan of “bands” but I just happen to have 4 sets of these size tires to do burnouts and party with till it’s all used up. Anywho more updates with shorty 👇🏻 Tracked down a matching rear diff with 3:73 gears to match the front. With some help from my uncle on lining it up got it done pretty quick. Need to re-bleed the brakes little spongy still Also a new 5inch aluminum drive shaft installed 👀 I do plan on dropping it even lower but I have to take some measurements loading it on the trailer for how low I can go and or bigger wheels and tires to comp the height for ground clearance. My worries is hitting the 4 link after I dropped it. Added an @RC4WD #tougharmor rear bumper to the OD green K10. I also remade my front bumper mount for the @ssd_rc warn style winch bumper. This brought the bumper in closer to the body. I’m really digging these K10s. They’re some of my favorite purchases this year and can’t wait to add more of my touches to them. In the truck pulling world the coolest of the cool are the Wheel Standing Mega Trucks. These aren't necessarily monster trucks but they are built very similar to the stage 1 and 2 trucks from back in the day. Two of the biggest names in the wheel standing business are Butch and Brian Self. This is Brian's Blown To Pieces a 1976 Ford F150 XLT LARIAT powered by a 545ci BBF topped with a 671 Dyers Supercharger, twin carbs and velocity stacks backed with a built C6 trans and SCS drop transfer case with single piece driveshafts leading to a pair of top loader axles. Suspension is a custom built triangulated 4-link with Big Shock coil overs in each corner. Wheels and tires are currently 18.4-16.1 American Farmer Tires wrapped around 16.1" polished aluminum wheels. Features lower body trim, racing seats, full roll cage, stripped down interior with custom center console, and white painted 4 link bars. This thing is built to the max. A couple more photos from last weekend’s crawl. This time featuring the mighty Axial Gladiator. At present this rig is completely stock bar some stunning Injora Beadlocks & Silicone inserts. So this was the first opportunity to test out the silicone inserts. I’ve opted for the medium weight set (can’t remember the colour) and I can happily report that they are seriously impressive. They’re soft enough to squish and fold over the rocks but also have incredible side hill strength. So I’m really tempted to invest in a set for the Bronco. I’m now considering the first proper set of upgrades for the Gladiator. But do I go for a bit of Treal Brass or some Lizard Skin Shocks?
