Chicken Makhni Karahi Made by Yours Truly!! 1 Chicken (900gm) Cow Butter (200gm) From @peynirpk 2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 500gm Chopped Tomatoes(you may use purree) 2 Big Size Onions Chopped 1Tbsp Salt or as per Taste 1Tbsp Red Chilli Powder 1 Tbsp Black Pepper Powder 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric Powder 5-7 Normal Sized Green Chillies Fresh Corriander 1 Cup Yogurt Method : Put Chicken and Chopped Onions in a wok with 2-3 Cups of water on medium to high flame and cover with lid. After 8-10 Minutes on medium flame stir the mixture and ensure that onions are soft. Add Ginger Garlic Paste, green chillies along with chopped Tomatoes and cover the wok again till the tomatoes are soft and are converted into purree to form gravy. After 5-7 minutes add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, Turmeric powder along with Cow Butter from Peynir. Mix well till the butter is properly melted and spices starts to cook. After 5 minutes add yogurt and some fresh coriander and mix well so that the gravy is properly cooked in spices and yogurt and TA DA!! Makhni Karahi is READY!!
