Perfect for your next gathering! 🦀🍋 Classic Maryland Crab Cakes Ingredients: 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1 egg 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced 1 pound lump crab meat 1 cup saltine crackers, crushed Lemon wedges and remoulade sauce for serving (optional) Cooking spray Directions: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning. Stir in green onions. In another bowl, gently mix the crab meat with crushed saltine crackers. Fold the crab mixture into the seasoned mayonnaise until well coated.
