I'd bought wax melt stars from @thebotanicalcandleco years ago, & it was after @the.dragon.and.i sent me an amazing wee parcel of giant poppy seeds from her garden in Wales. Also inside was a single scented tealight from the Botanical Candle Co, which is based in Dorset & started from a kitchen table (there's now a gorgeous looking shop in Shaftesbury - I want to go visit!) And so, I went browsing & placed an order. The second is on its way! The Botanical Candle Company - Shaftesbury. • I love this shop. I’ve been buying their candles for 6 or 7 years now and adore the scents, quality and aesthetic. Last week they opened their top floor and today I got to visit - wow, what a delicious selection of thoughtfully put together homewares in lovely surroundings. Robert radios, angle poise lamps, scallop edge stationery, carefully selected vintage style glassware, one off ceramic pieces, stylish enamel, gorgeous bath mats and other textiles of beautiful origins… it’s a place where earthy textures and wholesome interiors abound. It’s really lovely and I’d recommend you visit.
