03• I’m in that rest which comes with an alignment with your thoughts and mind towards me. I guess all those long hours of praying in the Spirit led me to that stillness in my soul. Today, @pastorayoajani led me into something called Watching. It’s an added element to praying in the Spirit. It’s one side of the coin. Watch and Pray we say, but how do we watch? And I can pray without watching? He made me realize that when we pray in the Spirit our mind is mostly detached. But to watch means to guard up your loins and focus it on the assignment. Watch men are not allowed to sleep. Nothing is supposed to happen around them without them catching it. A whole city would sleep peacefully because watch men are at the gate. They know those watch men will pick up any sound or movement. So when I pray, I watch for the movement of the Spirit and catch everything. I ensure my mind and all of me is focused. I can’t watch with my senses on rampage. I have to give so much attention to the Spirit and exclude my environment. All my senses focused on one thing. Tonight Abba, I caught things in the Spirit. I stood facing the wall. I squeezed my eyes so tight, held myself in an embrace and I prayed in tongues intensely. Did this until I could only hear my voice alone and nothing around me. I felt waves inside of my body. I saw a spring emptying into me. My hands began to move and I wrote signs on paper that I don’t even understand. At some point the unknown tongues became words but this time the words I would casually say became so heavy and I kept repeating them. I know you wanted me to stay on them so I stayed. I’m developing muscles. I love it! So I can actually be trained to walk in the Spirit. Love it oh! With you it’s just like an onion. We keep peeling and peeling. Here's a beautiful picture of a lasagna I made the other day. ▫️Le boyfriend and a friend made me watch all 4 old movies of X-men so that we could go watch the new one on theaters this past week (which was filmed in Montreal!). I actually enjoyed them! I don't usually like action movies because to me they are all too fake.
