Vor ziemlich genau zwei Jahren erhielt dieser I30N Fastback von uns den ersten TTE466 Prototypen. Seitdem ist er mehr als 40000km mit einer Leistung von 401PS/513Nm (Eingangsmessung) unterwegs gewesen. Nun wurde es Zeit die Abstimmung auf den neusten Stand zu bringen. Die Stufe 4 mit TTE466 ist bei uns längst etabliert. 428PS/524Nm liegen nach dem Update an. Da die Laufleistung mit knapp 120 000km schon recht hoch ist haben wir das Drehmoment etwas im Zaun gehalten. Wir denke neue Injektionen sowie eine Reinigung der Einlasskanäle wäre inzwischen angebracht. Das Zeigte sich durch eine erhöhte Krafstoffkorrektur sowie erhöhte Klopfneigung. Was Experten auf dem Leistungsdiagramm erkennen könnten ist, dass diese Abstimmung nur wenig mit unseren bisherigen Vorfacelift Abstimmungen gemeinsam hat. Wir hatten endlich Zeit unsere Entwicklungen, die für die Abstimmungen mit DCT Getriebe nötig waren, auf die Datenstände der Vorfacelift Modelle zu übertragen. Nach einer umfangreichen Umgestaltung und Erweiterung aller Drehmomentmodelle sowie der Aufhebung aller im Steuergerät vorhandenen Drehmomentbegrenzungen haben wir unser Ziel erreicht. Im Rahmen des umsetzbaren können wir jetzt auch die Vorfacelift Modelle weitgehend so abstimmen wie es ab Werk vorgesehen ist. Wir sind nach der vier Jährigen Beschäftigung mit diesen Steuergeräten einfach nur glücklich, dass es nun endlich die nötigen Informationen und Erfahrungen gibt, die das möglich gemacht haben.
