The summer 🌞 is the perfect time to take the LEAP! 💃Our short 6-week session will allow you to try a dance class without a long-term commitment. It's just enough time to really give it a go and decide if dance is something you want to do during the school year. ✨New students taking Creative Dance or Adult/Teen classes can simply register for whichever class fits best depending on age and/or skill level. If you aren't sure what level you should sign up for, contact the studio. Cross training! 🩰 We took some time during our last rehearsal to work on some ballet training. We hired the very talented Siri of Ballare Teatro to come and do a clinic just for us. We worked specifically on turns and how they translated into our dance form. Studying other genres of dance helps further a dancer's knowledge of their own body-mechanics, can unlock technique levels they might be struggling with, within their own dance discipline and can inspire creativity. Minneapolis has a beautiful and expansive dance community.
