One side done along with the rear lower boot panels - Not perfect but it’s better than a patchwork quilt look - Passenger side to do next and then might throw some lacquer on
Had an hour this afternoon so got a bit of prep done to get some colour on one side of the interior - Rear speakers out, unlikely they will go back in. Don’t weigh much but rarely have music on in the car …. Or even drive the car for that matter - Scuffed up where there is lacquer on the inside panels and bit of panel wipe. Plenty more masking to do and cling film the cage (yes very fancy technique eh). Cover the seats and time for some colour - Shall see how this comes out tomorrow afternoon and if ok, will do the other side in future. If it’s shite, will leave it there and strip the interior in future and do it ‘properly’ - One of those jobs you start and think why did I start 😅🤣
Yet another fresh GKN outer cv - Original shaft potentially is still useable, need to see if the teeth are still 100% straight, if not this will be going on the new spare

Sweet fa to update on really, not driven it in 2 or so months - Two trips to the station and back since august …. Probably should take it out to blow the cobwebs off when it gets a bit warmer - Few bits planned but nothing major this winter, this year plan is to just use it - Eventually suspension change as it is too softly sprung, highlighted by the geo and tyre set up.
