I've been trying the new recipe cause i like the combination of granola and crunch, it's almost there i guess😉all organic/natural without oil/sugar added and it's vegan cause i made my own date syrup. Im lucky enough to have a chance to learn with Norwegian local bakers who experiences in fermented bread more than 10 years! Apart from every ingredient is organic, we made our own fresh flour from stone grain mill!😍So you can get max nutrients from fresh organic whole grains and wheats! The local Norwegian brown cheese called "Brunost", a tan-coloured whey cheese with a distinctive caramel flavour. A type of sweet brown goat's cheese! Some locals say it's not cheese but it tastes good anyway!😂just the combination of cheese and caramel but it's not that sweet, and it really goes well with your homemade toast or waffle and fav topping like fresh avocado, banana or homemade jam! . Next picture is homemade "Lefse" which is traditional Norwegian soft flatbread with brunost inside, simple but incredible! 😋 . 🧐💡Im just thinking about using this unique flavour in my baking, something special for December perhaps? 🙋🏻♀️🤗So you guys can enjoy the month of love with deliciousness of this Scandinavian specialty😘❤️❤️

But...✔️organic buckwheat, organic gojiberries, organic chia seeds, organic flax seeds, organic pumpkin seeds, organic sunflower seeds, organic sesame seeeds, unsweetened organic coconut flak, homemade date syrup, organic cinnamon and other spices maybe? and secret to tell,😛 i learn something to keep this full of high nutrient, no need to bake with hot temperature, but there is a way to make them soooo good! Overnight oats with @biotiful_dairy kefir topped with chewy banana. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ Recipe serves 1 125ml Bio-tifil Kefir 90ml Oat Drink 50g oars 1tsp maple syrup 1tbsp chia seeds Add all the ingredients into a bowl and stir well. Chill overnight Top with chosen toppings. Enjoy!
