🌿Dumplings With Spinach, Tofu Feta Cheese And Fried Onion On Top. _______________________________________________________<br />🌿Pierogi ze szpinakiem i serem feta zrobionym z tofu, a na górze podsmażona cebula. <br />_______________________________________________________<br />✨Tofu feta cheese <br />1 block of tofu<br />1/2 of lemon juice<br />2 big garlic cloves<br />1-2 tbsp of Olive oil <br />1-2 tsp of Herbs de Provance <br />1 tsp of powdered garlic <br />1-2 tsp Nutritional yeast<br />2-3 tbsp of Salt <br />Pinch of Pepper <br />Pinch of Cayenne Pepper<br />*Optional (For me it makes a huge difference in taste, extra flavour) <br />1-2 tsp of water from jar with olives <br />First of all dry tofu with some paper, then roll over in salt (it helps to soak all the liquid) and leave it for about an hour. Then clean the salt form tofu and cut it into big cubes. Put it in a jar, add pressed garlic, olive oil and all left ingredients. Close the jar and shake it well to mix all the spices. Put it in the fridge for couple of hours and then you can add it to salad, pierogies or maybe pizza?
