Getting back into a good routine has been hard the last few months. .
I have tried to eat pretty healthy, but I have been snacking hard. I have done some workouts, but not everyday. .
I would have thrown in the towel for the year and make new year's resolutions to do better next year. .
But not this time. .
This time I'm not calling it quits and I'm going to finish this year off stronger than how I started the year. .
I'm changing my mindset. I'm making plans and new goals and I'm going to crush them!! .
I can't wait to start the new 100 day program and start the holidays feeling so good. .
