Seven of those years I struggled with infertility, but shortly was blessed with a baby boy and a baby girl a few years after graduating and my career taking off. This isn’t just another birthday for me. I’m reflecting on my thirties. They were rough and they were beautiful. I lost my father and my niece, Tina—just five years apart from each other. Včera jsem uzavírala dvanáctým sezením několikaměsíční spolupráci s mladým mužem, který mě vyhledal v době, kdy mu nebylo dobře ani na duši, ani na těle a dle jeho slov: „Neměl co ztratit, tak mi dal šanci.“ Po čtyřech měsících je bez prášků, nastavuje si zdravé hranice vůči svému okolí a překročil rubikon – už není hodný kluk, který se snaží všem vyhovět, ale naučil se říkat ne, má o desítky procent vyšší sebevědomí a má definované, co je pro něj opravdu důležité. Když jsem ho požádala o zpětnou vazbu, řekl mi, že jsem byla někdy až moc přísná. Myšlenky, které s vámi níže budu sdílet, proběhly v mé hlavě asi během 10 sekund 😊. —— 1. reakce byla něco v tom smyslu, že nechci, aby si o mně lidé mysleli, že jsem nějaká fúrie, která je nutí ke změně. 😱 Hned 2. myšlenka se stočila k mému koučovi, který mě „nutí“ dělat prakticky jen ty věci, které se mi dělat nechtějí a je fakt hodně přísný. Nedá se obalamutit, nefungují na něj žádné triky ani výmluvy. A já jsem mistryně světa ve výmluvách! 🥇 3. myšlenka už byla smířlivější: každá změna vyžaduje jiné chování a přístup. A on se mnou začal spolupracovat právě proto, že změnu chtěl. Tak co čekal? Že ho budu litovat? 🤔 4. myšlenku bych definovala jako podpůrnou: kdybychom si jen povídali a já nebyla důsledná v tom, že jsem kontrolovala to, jestli udělal kroky, na kterých jsme se domlouvali, tak by se neposunul. A já umím být důsledná! 🫡 5. myšlenka už byla oslavná 🥂: Jitko, on Ti dal obrovský kompliment! Koučka není people-pleaser (člověk, který má za úkol lidi utěšovat)! Její práce je být „přísná“, důsledná a nekompromisní. Pokud chce být někdo pohlazen po rameni a potřebuje slyšet věty typu: já vím, máš to těžký, všichni ti hází klacky pod nohy, svět je nespravedlivý, koučka není ta správná osoba, kterou by měl oslovit! —— Já jsem koučka. Včera jsem uzavírala dvanáctým sezením několikaměsíční spolupráci s mladým mužem, který mě vyhledal v době, kdy mu nebylo dobře ani na duši, ani na těle a dle jeho slov: „Neměl co ztratit, tak mi dal šanci.“ Po čtyřech měsících je bez prášků, nastavuje si zdravé hranice vůči svému okolí a překročil rubikon – už není hodný kluk, který se snaží všem vyhovět, ale naučil se říkat ne, má o desítky procent vyšší sebevědomí a má definované, co je pro něj opravdu důležité. Když jsem ho požádala o zpětnou vazbu, řekl mi, že jsem byla někdy až moc přísná. Myšlenky, které s vámi níže budu sdílet, proběhly v mé hlavě asi během 10 sekund 😊. —— 1. reakce byla něco v tom smyslu, že nechci, aby si o mně lidé mysleli, že jsem nějaká fúrie, která je nutí ke změně. 😱 Hned 2. myšlenka se stočila k mému koučovi, který mě „nutí“ dělat prakticky jen ty věci, které se mi dělat nechtějí a je fakt hodně přísný. Nedá se obalamutit, nefungují na něj žádné triky ani výmluvy. A já jsem mistryně světa ve výmluvách! 🥇 3. myšlenka už byla smířlivější: každá změna vyžaduje jiné chování a přístup. A on se mnou začal spolupracovat právě proto, že změnu chtěl. Tak co čekal? Že ho budu litovat? 🤔 4. myšlenku bych definovala jako podpůrnou: kdybychom si jen povídali a já nebyla důsledná v tom, že jsem kontrolovala to, jestli udělal kroky, na kterých jsme se domlouvali, tak by se neposunul. A já umím být důsledná! 🫡 5. myšlenka už byla oslavná 🥂: Jitko, on Ti dal obrovský kompliment! Koučka není people-pleaser (člověk, který má za úkol lidi utěšovat)! Její práce je být „přísná“, důsledná a nekompromisní. Pokud chce být někdo pohlazen po rameni a potřebuje slyšet věty typu: já vím, máš to těžký, všichni ti hází klacky pod nohy, svět je nespravedlivý, koučka není ta správná osoba, kterou by měl oslovit! —— Já jsem koučka. Jsem tu pro ty, kteří se chtějí cítit lépe a jsou připraveni něco pro to udělat. Jsem tu pro ty, kteří jsou odvážní a „dají mi šanci“, i když se „bojí“. Ed eccolo qui, la mia piccola creatura. Questa foto è stata un po’ improvvisata, lo ammetto: avevo tanti progetti per mostrarvi il mio romanzo ma devo, ahimè, attendere il bel tempo che ultimamente è mancato nella mia zona. Non me ne lamento: la pioggia serviva a tutti, abbiamo bisogno di aria più pulita. Ma ci tenevo a parlarvi ancora della mia avventura nell’editoria. A quanto ne so il libro è giunto a tutti coloro che lo hanno preordinato entro agosto 2023. Il team di @bookabook_it mi è stato accanto fin nelle ultime fasi, con gentilezza e competenza, cosa di cui sono davvero molto grata. Mi ha fatto sorridere in quanti, ora, desiderino una copia e io non vedo veramente l’ora di riprovarci, di lanciarmi in un secondo tentativo di pubblicazione. Ma è giusto aspettare che chi lo ha ordinato possa almeno finire di leggerlo, prima di rilanciarlo sul mercato. E nel frattempo? Eh, nel frattempo dovrei mettermi di buona lena e scrivere il secondo, sperando di non metterci cinque anni come per questo qui a finirlo. Ammetto che gli impegni lavorativi e personali mi portano davvero via tanto tempo, per cui immagino che ricomincerò a scrivere quest’estate. Che ci crediate o meno, ho già un’idea di copertina per il secondo ed il terzo volume e devo dire grazie alla dolcissima Klara di @my_grimm_candles per il prezioso suggerimento. Vi lascio tutto, come al solito, nelle storie in evidenza dedicate al mio romanzo. Ringrazio ancora tutti voi per questo mio piccolo ma grande successo, ed in ogni caso non mi fermo: per aspera ad astra!
