Lately, July and August have been reserved for fun summer trips and being with family and friends. Besides, the crowds in Glacier are insane during those months and I'd rather not be apart of the chaos. Now that we are approaching the end of August, families are going home as school will be in session soon, and the park is finally slowing down a little.
I spent the last couple of days shooting in Glacier and it wasn't that bad! Tuesday night was cool with a crisp morning Wednesday, which reminded me of the cooler fall days to come.. Fall is by far my favorite time of year to shoot in western Montana. I am getting the itch for the colors to turn.
On another note, I ran into @mattymeis leading a glacier workshop Tuesday night up near lunch creek. If you haven’t already, please follow him..his work is some of the best I’ve ever seen, and I have looked up to his talents for a while now. Looking forward to shooting with him some day. —————————————————————-
