These are delicious Earl Gray breakfast cupcakes. A fantastic combination of things you might have for breakfast such as Earl Gray Tea, crunchy buttered toast and marmalade. The recipe by cupcake Jemma really inspired me to make them and try them out. I can honestly say they are amazing. A beautiful combination of flavours from the Earl Gray, and marmalade and textures from the crunchy baked toast made into breadcrumbs.
