Today I tried to make the keto fathead pizza dough recipe for the first time, surprisingly it was super easy and tasty.  The crust looks and tastes over done, so for next time I will turn the temperature of the oven down a bit from 425° to 400°. My kids loved their pizza and ate majority of it (minus the crust).Overall, I would try this receipe again for sure! <br />Here is what you need to know to make the dough:<br /><br />Keto Fathead Dough Recipe:<br />3/4 Cup Almond Flour <br />1.5 Cup Mozzarella Cheese <br />2 oz Cream Cheese <br />1 Egg<br /><br />Cook it out for about 7 minute, or until golden brown. <br />Pizza Toppings: <br />White Onion<br />Mushroom<br />Red Bell Pepper <br />Yellow Bell Pepper <br />Spinach <br />Tomatoes <br />Pesto Sauce<br /><br />Cook for another 10 minutes or so until your desire of melted cheesy goodness. <br />You could add whichever toppings suit your taste buds. <br />I mixed all the ingredients together in a bowl and added oregano and black pepper.
