GOT A SET OF DUMBBELLS?<br /><br />This TWENTY MINUTE TUESDAY will really get your heart rate up and only requires dumbbells!<br /><br />Select a weight that is challenging but also make it so that you are able to complete the prescribed number of reps with good form. I would recommend using 2 different weights (one heavier for lower body and one medium weight for upper body). .<br />.<br />For today’s workout, you will perform the prescribed number of reps of each exercise.
