This TWENTY MINUTE TUESDAY will really get your heart rate up and only requires dumbbells!
Select a weight that is challenging but also make it so that you are able to complete the prescribed number of reps with good form. I would recommend using 2 different weights (one heavier for lower body and one medium weight for upper body). .

For today’s workout, you will perform the prescribed number of reps of each exercise. Perform the exercises back to back with little to no rest, then take a minute to rest after you’ve completed all exercises. .

Repeat for a total of 4-6 rounds!
1 - Squat Clean x 12
2 - Bent Over Row x 12
3 - RDL w/ 3 second pause x 10
4 - Alternating Arnold Press x 10ea
5 - Plank Pull Through x 8ea
