It's a good idea to change your strength training to avoid plateaus, and supersets offer a great way to completely change what you're doing. Supersets are a type of strength training that involves two or more exercises performed back-to-back with minimal rest in between. Supersets can be used to target different muscle groups or the same muscle group. These are examples of supersets working the same muscle. I worked bicep and back. Notice how I do one set of crucifix bicep curl on the cable machine immediately followed by DB hammer curl. Then lat pull down followed immediately by cable low row. Some of the benefits of this technique are saving time at the gym since you can complete two exercises without resting. It maximizes muscle exhaustion targeting muscles intensely for better growth.
