Notice how I do one set of crucifix bicep curl on the cable machine immediately followed by DB hammer curl. Then lat pull down followed immediately by cable low row. Some of the benefits of this technique are saving time at the gym since you can complete two exercises without resting. It maximizes muscle exhaustion targeting muscles intensely for better growth.
