Sometimes progression is having to do less - not more.<br />But better.<br /><br />I've noticed this myself with exercises like hip thrust and pull downs. Where I have been able to use bigger weights. But where I have had to use smaller weights because I've learned to better recruit the weaker muscles.<br /><br />And can also notice changes in how my body looks (on top of the obvious pregnancy changes 😉) even though on paper my training is the same. <br />So even though it can feel like your training is stalling because you can't increase the weights or reps.
