Delicious, nourishing, correct salad, and most importantly elementary in cooking, is perfect for a New Year's table.
🔹 800g chicken fillet (raw)
Банка1 jar of chopped canned champignons
🔹150-200g hard cheese

1) Boil the fillet and sue. Cut into small pieces.
2) Wash the mushrooms and add to the fillet.
3) Grate the cheese and add to the salad.
4) Fill with sour cream (homemade mayonnaise if desired, the recipe is below in the ribbon).
Salt is not necessary, the cheese is already enough salty.
