Μεσημεριανό -απογευματινό καφεδάκι παρέα με πασχαλινά κουλουράκια που μόλις ξεφουρνισα. Η συνταγή μας δίνει περίπου 50 τμχ ( ανάλογα το μέγεθος). Υλικά 440 γρ αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις 185 γρ βούτυρο σε θερμοκρασία δωματίου (εγώ έβαλα 150 γρ αγελαδινό, 35 γρ αιγοπρόβειο) 2 κ .σούπας baking 1 κ. σούπας ξύσμα πορτοκαλιού ½ κ. σούπας ξύσμα λεμονιού 160 γρ ζάχαρη άχνη 2 μεσαία αυγά σε θερμοκρασία δωματίου 1 βανίλια 1 πρέζα αλάτι 2 κ. σούπας κονιάκ 1 αυγό για επάλειψη Εκτέλεση Τοποθετούμε στον κάδο του μίξερ το βούτυρο και τη ζάχαρη και χτυπάμε για 2-3 λεπτά μέχρι να αφρατέψει το μείγμα. Προσθέτουμε τα αυγά και στη συνέχεια τα υπόλοιπα υλικά (σιγά σιγά το αλεύρι κοσκινισμένο) και τα χτυπάμε με το φτερό μέχρι να ομογενοποιηθούν και να σχηματιστεί μια ομοιόμορφη ζύμη (2-3 λεπτά, όχι παραπάνω). Βάζουμε τη ζύμη σε μπολ, τυλίγουμε με μεμβράνη και αφήνουμε να ξεκουραστεί για μισή με μία ώρα στο ψυγείο. Παίρνουμε ζύμη (περίπου 30 γρ.) και πλάθουμε σε σχήμα πλεξούδας ή σε ό,τι άλλο σχήμα θέλουμε. Τα τοποθετούμε σε ταψάκι, στρωμένο με λαδόκολλα, σε απόσταση 2 -3 εκ. το ένα από το άλλο.
