Each exercise is for a minute with minimal rest in between each exercise. Rest 1 minute after each full set if needed.

In this order š
1)Explosive pushups. If you have trouble doing explosive Superman pushups as Iām doing the video then do clapping pushups.

2)Deadlifts. Pick a weight you can handle for about 15-30reps
_
3)Box jumps. Pick a height you can handle for 15-30 reps.

Complete 10 sets. š
