🍓🥭✨My take on @jonny_juicer raw vegan paradise pie! I changed a few things only because I had too..1. I didn’t have pecans but had walnuts so I used that instead and 2. I froze it since I didn’t have a pie dish available only a cheesecake mold and we wanted to take it to the beach so that made it easier. It was almost like a sherbet ice cream cake. No sugars added and yet is soooo sweet!! 🤤 it’s pretty much all fruit with some nuts in the crust so you can enjoy it at any time of the day with out feeling guilty.
For the crust:
-2 cups walnuts -1 1/2 dates -1 cups coconut
Filling :
1 Papaya thin sliced
1 Large Mango thin sliced
Sauce:
1 1/2 strawberry cup
1 1/2 cup of pitted dates
Layer the papaya slices on top of the crust first and then add a layer of the strawberry date sauce repeat with the mango slices and top it off with more sauce. I used a few left over mango slices and coconut flakes to decorate the top! Put in freezer over night! And enjoy 🤤🤤🤤
