Took a little vacay and now I am back! Expect some new easy recipes and photos soon! BBQ Season is on with my super easy and no mess grilled lobster tails and garlic butter recipe.

Serves: 1-2 lobster tails per person
Preparation
Wash lobster tails under cold water and pat dry. Cut the top shell of the tail until you reach to the fins and break the meat away from the shell and sit the meat on top of the shell. Grill flesh side down @ 5 min and flip for 4 min and glaze with delicious garlic butter until the tails become an orange colour. Do not over grill cause meat will be tough.
Garlic butter glaze
Ingredients
1/2 pound of salted butter melted
3 garlic cloves minced
1 juice of a fresh lemon
Cayenne pepper (optional)
Chopped parsley (optional)
Baste the lobster tails with garlic butter and serve. Also perfect with your favorite steak!
