And before you do any exercises you see on the GRAM, please see a QUALIFIED professional if you are experiencing pain or have any existing condition<br />.<br />Exercise of the day: Reverse Nordic Curl (before you critique my form, I know my mobility is not that great, and I shouldn’t have arched my low back. I WAS clenching my glutes though! 😆🍑)<br />.<br />There are many ways to strengthen and load your hip flexors. This one is probably my favorite!<br />.<br />This exercise strengthen your hip flexors eccentrically meaning that muscles are lengthening as they contract, which helps with the long term adaption of the hip flexor muscles, meaning the muscles get longer AND bigger! 😱😂😤<br />.<br />This exercise can be used as a warm up or you can incorporate this into your workout!
